When I am workinh on my own model, a five point tent consruction, I get the same error as taraaa. "N° of dofs > maxdofs.Problem size bigger than allowed." You should still be able to download it and view with a text editor or any other working application that "understands" dxf. I hope I could answer your question. If not please get back to us. Modelling a membrane with a singular high point in the middle is not only difficult with Rhino Membrane, but also difficult in nature itself. Just try to create a high point in a soap film with a sharp needle... If you really want this kind of support, reduce the number of form finding steps to 1 in order to allow an anisotropic and inhomogeneous stress distribution.
